Upgrading? Two things worth knowing

1. Your old licence doesn't move with the box. FortiGuard subscriptions are tied to the serial number. When you upgrade, the new unit gets its own licence — we'll quote it alongside the hardware, and time it so you're never uncovered.
2. Config migration is straightforward. FortiGate configs convert between models (same major FortiOS version). Ask and we'll include migration assistance in the quote.
